We sell cosmetic products, dermocosmetics, and professional-use skin boosters. Professional-use products must only be used by licensed practitioners.

Prices

Prices are displayed in AED or EUR depending on region. Taxes and shipping fees may apply.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card information.

Shipping Policy

• International shipping available
• Delivery times vary by country
• Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the customer’s responsibility

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product arrives damaged
• The product is incorrect

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Returns Are Not Accepted For

• Opened products
• Used products
• Professional-use items
• Products damaged by the customer

Limitation of Liability

Noura Éclat is not responsible for misuse of professional products or delays caused by customs or logistics providers.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
