How fast is shipping?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days. Standard delivery takes 5-7 working days. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide from our UAE facilities. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page; customs clearance in your country may add a few days, and any import duties are the recipient's responsibility.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not in love with your purchase, return it unused for a full refund — we cover the return shipping for orders within the EU.
When will I see results?
Our formulas are designed to deliver visible improvements from the very first application. For best results — especially with anti-aging and active ingredients — we recommend a full 4-week routine.
Are these products clinic-grade?
Yes. Every Noura Eclat formula is created with MCCM Medical Cosmetics and used by aesthetic professionals. The same products you find in clinics, available directly to you.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our formulas are dermatologist-tested and suitable for sensitive skin. For acid-based actives (retinol, AHA, BHA), we recommend starting slowly. See each product's usage guide for details.
How should I store my products?
Keep your products tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Unless the label states otherwise, no refrigeration is needed. Each product's leaflet includes specific storage guidance.
Are your products certified and authentic?
Absolutely. Every product is sourced directly from certified laboratories, complies with UAE regulatory requirements and ships in its original sealed packaging.
